Premium Blank Construction:
The Icon series uses a unique blend of Toray Japan's intermediate and high modulus fibre including the premium T800S carbon fibre in a Nano-Alloy resin prepreg, for excellent technical specs, a great power-to-weight ratio and durability not normally found in higher end inshore casting rods. Our multi-axis fiber construction and un-sanded finish guarantee excellent responsiveness, repulsive force, and hoop strength for a durable and crisp feeling rod.
Enhanced Grip:
The Icon casting models boast a HD urethane and carbon fibre palming grip, proven to act as an amplifier for vibration transmission through the blank. With less hand on the grip for the spinning model, we've gone with an uplocking Fuji VSS seat, suitable for use with the reel leg between the 2nd / 3rd, 3rd / 4th, and 4th / 5th fingers, whatever your preference.
